His attorney, Yale Galanter, told E! News that TV's highest-paid actor may be back to work on "Two and a Half Men" on Feb. 21.

"We are thinking Charlie will be going back to work two weeks from today," Galanter said Monday. "Charlie is fine healthwise and doing really well. Things are looking good. Everybody's intentions are to get him back in the swing of things as soon as possible.
Sheen's reps have declined to discuss health-related issues, so there's no way of knowing whether he would remain in rehab while at work. But if he ends rehab before his return, that would bring his latest stint to 24 days.
Sheen's rep, Stan Rosenfield, told TheWrap last week that Sheen hoped to return by the end of the month.
