CBS tied for third in ratings on Monday, despite premiering its new season of “Celebrity Big Brother” at 8 p.m. With “The Bachelor,” ABC was No. 1 in the key demo last night, while NBC’s “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” attracted the most overall eyeballs.
ABC was first in ratings with a 1.5 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and second in total viewers with an average of 6 million, according to preliminary numbers. “The Bachelor” from 8 to 10 landed a 1.6/7 and 6 million viewers. “The Good Doctor” at 10 got a 1.2/5 and 6.2 million viewers.
NBC was second in ratings with a 1.4/6 and first in viewers with 8.2 million. “AGT” from 8-10 averaged a 1.6/6 and 9.7 million viewers. “Manifest” at 10 had a 1.0/4 and 5.4 million viewers.
CBS and Fox tied for third in ratings, both with a 1.0/4. CBS was third in total viewers with 5.8 million, Fox was fourth with 4.8 million.
For CBS, the special Monday start to “Celebrity Big Brother” at 8 received a 1.4/6 and 5.4 million viewers. “Magnum P.I.” at 9 had a 0.7/3 and 5.3 million viewers. At 10, “Bull” got a 0.8/3 and 6.7 million viewers.
For Fox, “The Resident” at 8 had a 1.0/4 and 5.4 million viewers. At 9, “The Passage” got a 1.0/4 and 4.3 million viewers.
Telemundo and Univision tied for fifth in ratings, both with a 0.5/2. Telemundo was fifth in total viewers with 1.42 million, Univision was sixth with 1.39 million.
The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.3/1 and in viewers with 1.1 million. “Arrow” at 8 had a 0.4/1 and 1.3 million viewers. At 9, “Black Lightning” got a 0.3/1 and 875,000 viewers.
