CBS and ABC tied for first in ratings on Sunday night, with the former breaking the deadlock with viewers.
CBS’ debut of “Reckless” scored a soft 0.7 rating in the key demo, while the summer debut of “Unforgettable” had a 0.9. ABC’s “Rising Star” dipped 20 percent from its premiere to a 1.2.
CBS and ABC both had a 1.1 rating/4 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic, according to preliminary numbers. CBS led in viewers with an average of 6.1 million, ABC was second with 4.5 million.

For CBS, “60 Minutes” at 7 p.m. had a 1.1/4 and a night-high 8.4 million viewers. The “Big Brother” Sunday premiere at 8 scored a night-high 1.8/6 and had 5.8 million viewers. “Reckless” at 9 debuted to a 0.7/2 and 4.1 million viewers. The summer premiere of “Unforgettable” got a 0.9/3 and 6.1 million viewers.
For ABC, following a rerun, “Wipeout” at 8 had a 1.0/4 and 4 million viewers. “Rising Star” at 9 got a 1.2/4 and 4.7 million viewers in its second week.
NBC and Fox tied for third in ratings, both with a 0.9/3. NBC was third in ratings with 3.1 million viewers, Fox was fourth with 2 million viewers. The latter aired entirely reruns.

For NBC, following a repeat, a special Sunday “Last Comic Standing” at 9 got a 1.1/3 and 3.4 million viewers.
Univision was fifth in ratings with a 0.7/2 and in total viewers with 1.9 million.
Telemundo was sixth in ratings with a 0.4/1 and in total viewers with 1 million.
