CBS held its upfront presentation to advertisers at Carnegie Hall in New York City on Wednesdays, introducing upcoming schedule and the new series that will help populate it.
Below are advance looks at the network's upcoming offerings — "Partners," "Made in Jersey," "Elementary" and "Vegas."
In "Partners," Michael Urie and David Krumholtz play friends and business partners — one gay, one straight — whose relationship becomes comically complicated when Krumholtz's character proposes to his girlfriend.
"Made in Jersey" stars Janet Montgomery as an attorney with a working-class background who uses her street smarts to compete with her more polished colleagues at a Manhattan law firm.
"Elementary," a modern-day take on the Sherlock Holmes legend set in contemporary New York, stars Jonny Lee Miller as Holmes and Lucy Liu as Joan Watson.
"Vegas" is a period piece set in the 1960s and centered around the true story of Ralph Lamb, a rodeo cowboy turned longtime sheriff of Las Vegas. Dennis Quaid and Michael Chiklis star.
