Putting a little commitment behind the nascent 3D Blu-ray market, Warner Home Entertainment on Thursday announced the biggest release slate yet for the format within a format.
The announcement, which featured six new 3D Blu-ray titles, included spring hit "Clash of the Titans" and summer flop "Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore."
Also due out are library titles including "The Polar Express 3D," as well as IMAX titles "Deep Sea," "Under the Sea" and "Space Station."
All of the titles are due to hit store shelves by Nov. 16 and carry a suggested retail price of $44.95.
Prior to Warner's announcement, only 25 3D Blu-ray titles were set to be released in time for the holiday shopping season.
