Hot on the heels of her breakthrough single “These Heaux,” “Cash Me Outside” girl Danielle Bregoli — rechristened with her rapper name Bhad Bhabie is back with not one, but two, music videos, released Thursday under the combined title “Hi Bich/Whatchu Know.”
Billed as a “self-aware poke at the media backlash generated by the success of her debut single and label signing,” “Hi Bich/Whatchu Know” finds Bregoli in court (for pretend, this time), causing a ruckus with her brash ways. On the plus side, she is eventually executed in an electric chair, but she’s resurrected in an innocence-exuding white gown and veil, which is presumably meant ironically.
Bregoli rose to some semblance of fame after threatening to fight the entire studio audience on her episode of “Dr. Phil” (“Cash me outside, how bow dah?”) She planned to cash in on that pop culture moment with a summer tour, though her management postponed the dates.
No postponing this, though — for good or for ill.
