State police found a gun, explosives and fireworks in the home of the cinematographer of the 2005 Oscar-winning film "Capote" who was arraigned earlier this week on charges of risk of injury to a minor and a single count of fourth-degree sexual assault, the Hartford Courant reported.
Adam J. Kimmel, 49, who has a home in Salisbury, Conn., was arrested on Thursday and charged with criminal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of explosives and illegal possession of fireworks.
He was arraigned Friday in Superior Court in Bantam, where he posted $5,000 bail and was released.
