Yes, yes, the ratings for the Season 6 premiere of “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” — which hit a two-year high when the former-Fox comedy debuted on NBC Thursday night — were fantastic. But now it’s time to talk about the most important part of the season opener: Holt’s T-shirts.

While accidentally crashing Jake (Andy Samberg) and Amy’s (Melissa Fumero) honeymoon, Captain Holt (Andre Braugher) spent the better part of the episode wearing a series of novelty vacation T-shirts that were completely out of character for the 99th precinct’s no-nonsense leader.

And Holt’s new garments — bought out of necessity when he forgot to pack accordingly for his last-minute pity vacation, after losing out on the police commissioner position — have already amassed quite a cult following on social media.

See the tweet below for images of the captain’s “What’s Up Beaches?” shirt, his fake “muscle” tank, the “1 Tequila, 2 Tequila, 3 Tequila, FLOOR” top, and, last but not least, “Pineapple Slut”:

At a press day last month, Braugher told reporters that the “Pineapple Slut” T-shirt was by far his favorite. “Yes, yes, Pineapple Slut was very good!”

So now, obviously, he wants you to be able to own one too — after co-star Stephanie Beatriz (who plays Rosa Diaz) suggested their new network start selling that thing.

“We should ask NBC if we can do like a merch store and then donate some of the proceeds to a charity that the cast picks or something,” she said, to which Braugher replied, “Oh, that would be great!”

Beatriz says she would “definitely wear a ‘Pineapple Slut’ shirt. 100 percent.” And, come on, wouldn’t you?

Fumero and Samberg certainly got a kick out of the top while shooting the episode, with Samberg telling reporters, “We could not get through that scene, because the shirt was making us laugh too much.”

Fumero said she had “a lot of behind-the-scenes photos in my phone just with the T-shirts alone.”

And turns out, yes, she did:
