Britney Spears received some news about her fragrance line that really stinks on Wednesday.
Court documents obtained by TheWrap reveal that the "Womanizer" singer and her father, Jamie Spears, have been slapped with a $10 million lawsuit by Brand Sense Partners LLC.
The company claims that the pair robbed it of its 35 percent commission when they renegotiated their royalties arrangement last year with cosmetics company Elizabeth Arden.
The deal for the fragrance line was originally struck in 2004.
The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday.
Spears' father is currently in charge of Spears' finances, due to a 2008 court-ordered conservatorship.
The singer's latest album, "Femme Fatale," was released this week.
