NBC News finally made a decision on the embattled anchor of its flagship broadcast. The division will retain Brian Williams’ services, but rather than restoring him to his chair on “Nightly News,” NBC has sent the admitted embellisher down to the minors, tossing him into the journalistic broom closet that is MSNBC.
