A Boston radio host called Erin Andrews a “gutless bitch” among other unsavory names on Wednesday morning.
WEEI 93.7’s “Dennis and Callahan” morning show replayed her Tuesday night interview with St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Adam Wainwright following his participation in Major League Baseball’s All-Star Game. Andrews glossed over Wainwright’s previous admission of throwing easy pitches to retiring baseball legend Derek Jeter, focusing instead on social media’s reactions to his claim.
“We appreciate you clearing that up,” host Kirk Minihane said sarcastically. “‘Don’t you love social media?’ No, I don’t love social media. I hate her! What a gutless bitch! Go away. Drop dead. I mean, seriously what the hell is wrong with her?”

Fox recently announced Andrews, one of their sideline reporters for NFL games, would replace Pam Oliver this season on the network’s lead broadcasting team, but Minihane is apparently less satisfied with her on-the-field interviewing technique.
“First of all, follow-up. Second of all, [Wainwright] admitted he did it,” he added, referring to the previous interview.
“He admits he told reporters he threw a couple of pipe bombs. How is that social media’s fault? I hate her. Don’t you love social media? Yeah … Social media is — shut up. Shut up. I’m sure she’s a nice person, but she’s … she’s probably a bitch. I hate her.”
