The “Bosch: Legacy” Season 3 trailer has arrived, and all eyes this time are on the Prime Video drama’s grizzled hero, retired homicide detective turned private investigator Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver).
It has been over a year since the “Bosch: Legacy” Season 2 finale ended with Harry’s patrol cop daughter Maddie (Madison Lintz) discovering that her father potentially ordered the murder of Kurt Dockweiler (David Denman), the man who kidnapped and nearly killed her. The weight of that revelation hangs heavy over all of the “Bosch: Legacy” Season 3 trailer as Maddie and the show’s other characters are forced to wonder in the wake of Dockweiler’s suspicious death just how many lines Bosch is truly willing to cross.
Along the way, it seems that unearthed secrets from his days both in the military and in the LAPD may only further test Maddie’s loyalty to him. You can check out the trailer yourself below.
Based on Michael Connelly’s best-selling novels “Desert Star” and “The Black Ice,” “Bosch: Legacy” Season 3 will be the Prime Video series’ last. The 10-episode season’s first four installments will all debut on Thursday, March 27, followed by two new chapters every week until the “Bosch: Legacy” series finale premieres on Thursday, April 17.
In addition to further testing the relationship between Welliver’s Bosch and Lintz’s Maddie, Amazon teases that the new season will follow Harry as the disappearance of a family forces him to confront the limits of justice, Honey “Money” Chandler (Mimi Rogers) campaigns to become Los Angeles’ new District Attorney and Maddie investigates a series of violent follow-home robberies.
Joining Welliver, Lintz and Rogers in “Bosch: Legacy” Season 3 are fellow returning cast members Stephen A. Chang, Denise Sanchez, Scott Klace, Gregory Scott Cummins, Troy Evans, Paul Calderon, Celestino Corneille and Chris Browning. The season’s new additions, meanwhile, include Tommy Martinez, Andrea Cortes, Dale Dickey, Orla Brady, Michael Reilly Burke and Chris Bauer.
“Bosch: Legacy” Season 3 premieres March 27 on Prime Video.
