Get ready to say bye-bye to Black Sabbath, America.
And watch out, Alamo.
Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and crew announced their last-ever tour date in America on Thursday, marking the beginning of the end for a decades-long campaign of head-banging and hearing damage.
The final three Black Sabbath shows in America will kick off Nov. 8 at the BOK Center in Tulsa, followed by a Nov. 10 show at Houston’s Toyota Center.
The heavy metal legends’ American swan song will take place Nov. 12 at AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas.
The band didn’t say whether Osbourne will take the San Antonio date as an opportunity to visit the Alamo, with which he has a long history.
Black Sabbath, who are currently touring Europe, will return to North America in August. Their final run of American shows will also include a headlining appearance at the Ozzfest Meets Knotfest festival on Sept. 24 at the San Miguel Amphitheater in San Bernardino, California.
