Fox News host Bill O’Reilly offered Donald Trump some presidential debate advice: “Stop whining.”
“Stop that,” O’Reilly said on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” on Monday night. “He should have a little buzzer, you know, whenever he whines it’s like [buzzing sound]. Both candidates have an opportunity to switch voters over.”
Colbert then suggested that Trump wears “one of those shock collars you get for a dog.”
O’Reilly said that Fox News colleague Chris Wallace will be a good moderator for Wednesday’s final presidential debate because he’ll “cut the nonsense” out fast and is a “tough guy” like his father.
“He’ll go in with questions that he wants answered, not by committee,” O’Reilly said of Wallace. “If I’m Secretary Clinton, I ignore Donald Trump.”
O’Reilly said Clinton’s debate strategy should be to, “Look right into the camera and say, ‘look I’m not as bad as they’re portraying me to be. I’m not this dragon lady.”
Wednesday night’s debate between Trump and Clinton is the final chance for the candidates to take each other on head-to-head. It kicks off at 9 p.m. ET from Las Vegas.
