Skydance has promoted Bill Bost to fill the vacated role as president of television for the indie studio.
Bost replaces Marcy Ross, who stepped down earlier in January after six-and-half years leading the studio’s TV division. She segued to a producing deal with Skydance.

He’s an exceptional executive with strong industry relationships and an eye for fresh talent that will propel Skydance Television to even greater success.”
Bost was most recently senior vice president of television, where he oversaw the studio’s Netflix series “Grace and Frankie” and “Altered Carbon,” as well as the upcoming Isaac Asimov adaptation “Foundation” for Apple TV+. Bost began his career at the company as the executive assistant to CEO and founder David Ellison.
