Big bucks are coming to "The Big Bang Theory" stars according to multiple reports.
Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco will reportedly earn $200,000 an episode for the CBS sitcom's upcoming fourth season. They previously earned $60,000 per episode. Salaries would continue to rise in presumed future seasons.
The series is on a ratings high as it moves from its Monday perch to a new Thursday time slot this fall.
The show will enter syndication in fall 2011.
The news was first reported by Deadline.com's Nellie Andreeva, who wrote that Parsons' deal went down to the wire since he negotiated separately from Cuoco and Galecki, who teamed up for the talks.
Requests by TheWrap to Warner Bros. and CBS seeking comment was not immediately returned.
