The Bieb has nearly caught up to Gaga, the most followed person on Twitter, with nearly 10.1 million followers to her nearly 10.6 million (as of Tuesday).
"10 Million and growing…and everyday I will make the effort to show appreciation. #neverchanging #ILOVEMYFANS," Bieber said to celebrate the achievement.
Ashton Kutcher, the first person to surpass a million followers, is now closing in on a mere 6.9 million followers, a source, no doubt, of deep shame.
