Are you still obsessing over Frosties or Sugar Puffs? Thompson Twins or Now 2? Well now Netflix is giving you even more “Bandersnatch” choices to make in the form of two different behind-the-scenes featurettes released Thursday: one for the “tech” side of the operation and one aimed at the “consumer.”
So, which will you choose? Do you want to explore the sets or meet the characters of the new “Black Mirror” movie? Either way, you are going to listen to creator Charlie Brooker talk about how frustrating the process was at times, but there are making-of details specific to each video.
Honestly, you can just watch both, but the fact that the streamer is still going this deep into the “choose your own path” rabbit hole when marketing its first adult interactive film is impressive.
In case you are somehow possibly late to jump on the “Bandersnatch” bandwagon, here’s a brief description of what’s in store for you when you decide to watch/play the “Black Mirror” project, which was released last Friday: “Bandersnatch” is an interactive story about ’80s video game programmer Stefan (Fionn Whitehead) and his attempts to develop the fantasy novel “Bandersnatch” into a video game.
If you did already play, then TheWrap has info on the five main endings here, all the “Black Mirror” universe references here, and the secret ending with a crazy Easter egg here.
