ABC won another Monday night with its dating competition combo: “The Bachelorette” and “The Proposal.”
NBC finished second among adults 18-49 last night, CBS was primetime’s runner-up in terms of total viewers.
ABC was first in ratings with a 1.1 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 4.7 million, according to preliminary numbers. “The Bachelorette” at 8 p.m. posted a 1.2/6 and 5.3 million viewers. “The Proposal” at 10 received a 0.7/3 and 3.5 million viewers.
NBC was second in ratings with a 0.7/3 and third in viewers with 3.2 million. “Running Wild With Bear Grylls” at 8 had a 0.6/3 and 3.2 million viewers. The next two hours were reruns.
Fox was third in ratings with a 0.6/3 and fourth in viewers with 2.3 million, airing all repeats.
CBS and Telemundo tied for fourth in ratings, both with a 0.5/2. CBS was second in total viewers with 3.7 million, Telemundo was sixth with 1.203 million.
For CBS, after a repeat, “Salvation” at 9 got a 0.4/2 and 3.1 million viewers. At 10, “Elementary” ended primetime to a 0.4/2 and 3.9 million viewers.
Univision was sixth in ratings with a 0.4/2 and in fifth viewers with 1.4 million.
The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.3/1 and in viewers with 1.196 million. “Penn & Teller: Fool Us” at 8 had a 0.3/1 and 1.3 million viewers. At 9, “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” got a 0.3/1 and 1.1 million viewers. A rerun followed.
