Arnold Schwarzenegger was down to get dressed up in his “Terminator Genisys” costume to prank fans wandering around Hollywood.
In a video designed to promote the July 1 theatrical release, as well as steer viewers toward Schwarzenegger’s Omaze charity campaign for After-School All-Stars, a non-profit organization that provides after school programs for kids, the action star roams around Hollywood Blvd. at ease while messing with tourists.
“Come with me if you want to live,” he tells one couple waiting to cross the street, and even goes toe to toe with a Terminator impersonator to see who can best recite the iconic line, “I’ll be back.”
In Madame Tussauds — a wax museum dedicated to Hollywood’s biggest stars — Schwarzenegger pretends to be a wax figure of himself, and then surprises unsuspecting fans trying to take a picture with him.
At the end of the clip, he announces a sweepstakes to attend the premiere of “Terminator Genisys” with him. The winner will walk the red carpet and attend the after-party with the Terminator himself.
