With a simple tweet, “The Mindy Project” star Mindy Kaling might have revealed her preferred choice for Antonin Scalia’s replacement on the Supreme Court.
On Monday, Kaling bid a “Happy Valentine’s Day” to U.S. Court of Appeals judge for the Washington, D.C. Circuit, Sri Srinivasan.

The Indian actress, writer, comedian and producer didn’t offer an explanation for her Valentine’s Day message to the 48-year-old Srinivasan, who would be the first SCOTUS justice of Indian descent if appointed. However, Indian tech entrepreneur Anil Dash chimed in saying, “If we’ve got the Supreme Court, Hulu & Microsoft, now we just need an Indian NASCAR driver.”

Srinivasan is on President Obama’s short list of potential replacements, according to Politico. Justice Scalia was found dead on Saturday at age 79 of a heart attack while staying at a ranch resort in West Texas.
