New Orleans Pelicans player Anthony Davis set the court on fire Monday night, with a career high with 53 points and 18 rebounds to cool off the Phoenix Suns.

The 2017 NBA All-Star MVP now joins Bob McAdoo as the only players with 50 points, 15 rebounds and five blocks since blocks were tracked in 1973-74, according to ESPN stats.

The Pelicans went on to beat the Suns 125-166, and Davis — a  first overall draft pick in 2012 — got the Twitterverse on its feet cheering while blowing the minds of sports statisticians.

His performance was described as “out of this world,” “otherworldly” and just plain “insane.”

One user even went as far to say that Davis is the greatest player to rock Number 23, which are fighting words seeing as the legendary Michael Jordan wore 23 for the Chicago Bulls.
