"American Horror Story: Asylum" kicks off Oct. 17 on FX, and while the network has offered tantalizingly brief glimpses of what's to come, a new trailer for the second season of Ryan Murphy's twisted brainchild delivers a far more generous glimpse.
The new trailer kicks off with "The Voice" coach Adam Levine, who plays Leo, a newlywed spending his honeymoon with his bride Teresa (Jenna Tatum) as they explore haunted sites.
One of those sites happens to be Briarcliff, the abandoned (or is it?) East Coast insane asylum that serves as the setting of this season. Apparently, the presence of ghosts is a turn-on for the couple, and they proceed to get frisky.
Things go downhill from there.
Sex with Jenna Dewan in a haunted insane asylum: Surprisingly, not a good idea.
The trailer also gives an ample look at season one holdover Zachary Quinto in his new role of Dr. Thredson.
