Angela and Catherine Paura have joined Alcon Entertainment as co-presidents of Worldwide Marketing, it was announced by Alcon co-founders and co-CEO’s Andrew Kosove and Broderick Johnson. The sisters will report directly to Kosove and Johnson.
The Pauras join Alcon from their partnership in Capstone Global Marketing & Research Group, Inc., a marketing research and consulting firm. Prior to Capstone, Catherine co-founded the National Research Group, Inc. (NRG) with Joseph Farrell in 1978 and served as its Chief Executive Officer for fifteen years. During her time at NRG, Catherine worked with every major studio on the design and strategy of their marketing campaigns. Catherine has also consulted for television companies and home entertainment products, and produced two feature films.
Angela Paura has a long working relationship with Alcon, including on such releases as The Blind Side, Dolphin Tale, and My Dog Skip, Alcon’s first hit film.

Prior to founding Capstone and its predecessor company, Advanced Marketing Perspectives, Inc., Angela was Chief Operating Officer of Nielsen NRG, the entertainment industry’s foremost market research firm. During her ten-year tenure as COO, the company doubled revenues and tripled operating income. In addition, Angela has held senior executive marketing positions at Viacom and JP Morgan Chase, with proven track records of accomplishment at each. Angela is an award winning marketing professional, having been honored with many creative advertising accolades during her tenure in the cable television industry, including the prestigious Mark Award.
