A man accused of intruding on “Shake it Off” singer Taylor Swift’s property faces a possible six months in jail after being charged with trespassing Tuesday, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office said.

According to the D.A.’s office, transient man Justin Christoph Lilly, 23, faces one misdemeanor count of trespassing and refusing to leave private property. The charge carries a possible maximum sentence of six months in jail for Lilly if convicted if charged.

Lilly is accused of trying to climb the wall to the property, in spite of multiple warnings by security officers to leave.

Swift owns, but does not currently occupy the property.

The case remains under investigation by the Beverly Hills Police Department.
