ABC announced Monday that it's giving full-season orders to rookie Michael Chiklis drama "No Ordinary Family" and Wednesday-night comedy "Better With You."
The network also ordered five additional episodes of Michael Imperioli cop show "Detroit 1-8-7," was well as four more installments of veteran Sunday-night drama "Brothers and Sisters."
Full-season extensions for "No Ordinary Family" and "Better With You" belie middling ratings, with "No Ordinary Family" currently in fourth place for its Tuesday-night time slot and "Better With You" ranking last among ABC's Wednesday-night comedies
Conspicuously left out of ABC's order announcement was new legal drama "The Whole Truth," which could soon join the earlier-cancelled "My Generation" on the chopping block.
