Forbes unveiled a list of Hollywood’s best actors for the buck in 2016, including everyone from Vin Diesel to Scarlett Johansson. Here are the top five, from fifth to first.
5. Vin Diesel
The “Furious 7” star brought in $32 for every $1 he was paid in 2016, according to Forbes.
4. Mila Kunis
The former star of “That 70s Show” brought in $49.50 for every $1 she was paid, according to Forbes.
3. Scarlett Johansson
Forbes estimates that the “Lucy” star was paid only one percent of the $463 million her last three films have grossed, which translates to a nice box office return of $88.60 for every $1 she earned in 2016.
2. Chris Pratt
Pratt brought in $125.40 for every dollar he earned in 2016, according to Forbes, which mentions deals negotiated before his star exploded as a key reason why he has such good returns.
1. Chris Evans
The star of Marvel’s “Captain America” franchise tops Forbes’ list, bringing in $135.80 for every dollar he earned thanks to “Captain America: Civil War” clearing $1 billion at the box office.
The list also features several other prominent Hollywood players, including Jennifer Lawrence, who didn’t quite crack the Top 5.
