Tyler Perry visited Bobbi Kristina Brown and her family Sunday at the Atlanta hospital where she is still clinging to life.
Photos published by multiple media outlets show the “Madea” creator — a close friend of Bobbi Kristina’s late mother, Whitney Houston — arriving at Emory University Hospital the same day the family announced a public prayer vigil will be held for the 21-year-old who was found unconscious and face down in a bathtub on Jan. 31.
The “Shining a Light for Healing” vigil is scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday at the Amphitheater at Riverdale Town Center in Riverdale, Georgia — just outside of Atlanta.
“All are welcome to attend as a show of support for Bobbi Kriss & Family,” a flyer posted on cousin Jerod Brown’s Facebook reads.
Bobbi Kristina has been surrounded by family, including father Bobby Brown since being hospitalized.
“As her father already stated, we are asking you to honor our request for privacy during this difficult time,” the family said in a statement last week. “Thank you for your prayers, well wishes, and we greatly appreciate your continued support.”
According to the New York Daily News, Perry did not comment to reporters when he arrived at the hospital to join family matriarch Cissy Houston and others inside.
