Tiffany Haddish Gets 2-Year First-Look Deal With HBO

“Girls Trip” star will develop new projects with premium cable network

Tiffany Haddish is getting into bed with premium cable. The breakout star from the 2017 smash hit “Girls Trip” has inked a two-year, first-look deal with HBO.

Haddish, who is coming fresh off a win New York Film Critics Circle Best Supporting Actress award for the comedy, is set to develop new projects with the network.

Next up for Haddish is Tracy Morgan’s TBS series “The Last OG,” which premieres in April. She will also be starring alongside Kevin Hart in Universal’s “Night School,” which will bow in September.

Haddish recently released her book “The Last Black Unicorn,” which hit the New York Times best seller list.

She will also be starring in New Line’s “The Kitchen,” and star in and executive produce Universal’s “The Temp.” In addition, she has the project “Limited Partners” in development with Paramount, which she will also star in and executive produce.

Haddish just wrapped production on “The Oath,” which she stars in with Ike Barinholtz.

Haddish is represented by Principato Young, APA, Gordon Bobb and Lily Tillers and Dell, Shaw, Moonves FIRM.
