With “Suicide Squad” just two weeks away, Warner Bros. has released a short trailer highlighting Jared Leto‘s debut as the infamous Joker.
The trailer features the same action clips set to “Bohemian Rhapsody” from the film’s first trailer released in January. But a few new little snippets of the Joker in action are also included. If you look closely, you can also see a quick shot of Batman leaping at the screen.
It all ends with a shot of Joker laughing as he’s surrounded by a disturbing amount of guns, knives, computers and what appears to be children’s onesies.
The PG-13-rated “Suicide Squad” also stars Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Karen Fukuhara as Katana; Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang; Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc; Viola Davis as Amanda Waller; Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg and Will Smith as Deadshot.
David Ayer is directing and writing this installment of the DC Cinematic Universe, with “Batman v Superman” director Zach Snyder serving as executive producer with Colin Wilson, Deborah Snyder, and Geoff Johns.
“Suicide Squad” hits theaters Aug. 5.
