James Franco and Seth Rogen are teaming up again, and this time they’ve got their sights on Kim Jong-Un. The pair star in the upcoming comedy, “The Interview,” as the star and producer of a popular celebrity tabloid TV show.

When they discover that the North Korean dictator is a fan of the show, they land an interview with him. Their hope is that this will legitimize them as journalists. What it does instead is get the attention of the CIA.
Suddenly, the two are recruited by the CIA to assassinate Kim Jong-Un instead. Lizzy Caplan (“Masters of Sex”) also stars as the CIA agent who prepped them for this important mission.

Rogen directed the film with Evan Goldberg. Both men wrote it, along with Dan Sterling. Produced by Rogen, Goldberg and James Weaver, “The Interview” will be released by Columbia Pictures to theaters on October 10, 2014.
