Robin Roberts Shades Omarosa on White House Ouster: ‘Bye, Felicia’ (Video)

Is “Oh snap!” even a good enough response?

“Good Morning America” co-host Robin Roberts threw some serious shade at outgoing White House staffer Omarosa Manigault following her appearance on Thursday’s show.

“She said she has a story to tell and I’m sure she’ll be selling that story,” Roberts said at the anchor desk with Michael Strahan and George Stephanopoulos. “She will. Bye, Felicia.”

As you may know, “Bye, Felicia” is slang for when you’re glad someone is leaving and you hope they don’t return.

Manigault gave an exclusive interview to the morning show after her exit from President Donald Trump’s White House on Wednesday. She alluded to having seen disturbing things inside his administration, but didn’t get specific.

There “were a lot of things that I observed during the last year that I was very unhappy with,” Manigault told Strahan. “But when I have my story to tell as the only African-American woman in this White House, as a senior staff and assistant to the president, I have seen things that have made me uncomfortable, that have upset me, that have affected me deeply and emotionally, that has affected my community and my people and when I can tell my story, it is a profound story that I know the world will want to hear.”

ABC News quoted White House sources that the former “Apprentice” contestant was fired and then escorted off the White House premises by the Secret Service. However, she denied those allegations on Thursday.
