While the show has struggled in the Live + Same Day ratings — at least in the advertiser-sought 18-49 demographic — “Red Band Society” has seen seven-day delayed viewing lifts of 70-82 percent this season, the network touted.

Currently, “Red Band” is averaging a 1.5 demo number per Nielsen’s most current ratings, which incorporate Live + 7 lifts where available. That number places it on the bottom end of the middle-of-the-pack for new broadcast series this fall.

The series stars Octavia Spencer, Dave Annable and a gaggle of teenagers who live in the children’s wing of a hospital. The show’s critical reception has been quite favorable.

“Red Band Society” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Fox.
