Noah Wyle to Star in Indie Drama ‘Shot’ for Director Jeremy Kagan

AFM: Global Genesis Group will begin shopping the film, which starts production in February

Noah Wyle has signed on to star in Jeremy Kagan’s indie movie “Shot,” which the Global Genesis Group will begin shopping at AFM.

“Shot” chronicles what happens to an innocent bystander and his fiancé when a teenager unintentionally shoots him, turning all of their lives upside down.

Kagan is directing from a script that William Lamborn and Anneke Campbell wrote, based on a story by Kagan. Production will begin in February.

Wyle currently stars on TNT’s “Falling Skies” and he’ll reprise his role as Flynn Carsen in TNT’s upcoming series “The Librarians.” Wyle is represented by UTA and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.

“Shot” is being repped at AFM by veteran distribution exec Omar Kaczmarczyk, who serves as global IP manager for the Global Genesis Group.
