We might have found the Kanye West of cable news.
Melissa Harris-Perry’s tenure at MSNBC came to an end this week when she refused to host her show after being bumped for political coverage on numerous occasions in recent weeks.
Now Harris-Perry has taken to Twitter to bash MSNBC president Phil Griffin, apologize to former colleagues, and accuse MSNBC of having a “culture of fear.” She also posted some charts about diversity in news and credited the work of her staff.
See her tweets below.

#MSNBC says they would put their diversity "up against everyone else in the news business.” It’s a low bar. pic.twitter.com/dwlaNbsLU9
