“Disney Night” proved good for ABC, but bad for Donald Trump’s ex-wife Marla Maples, who was eliminated from “Dancing With the Stars” on Monday.
Last night, the Disney-owned broadcast network celebrated its child-friendly roots on “DWTS,” grabbing the most total viewers across prime time. NBC, however, claimed the evening in the key 18-49 demographic, thanks to “The Voice.”
NBC was first in ratings with a 2.0 rating/7 share in the advertiser-coveted demo and second in total viewers with an average of 8.7 million, according to preliminary numbers. “The Voice” at 8 p.m. earned a 2.2/7 and 10.2 million viewers. At 10, “Blindspot” posted a 1.4/5 and 5.7 million viewers.
ABC was second in ratings with a 1.7/6 and first in viewers with 10.4 million. At 8, “Dancing With the Stars” landed a 1.7/6 and 12.4 million viewers. At 10, “Castle” received a 1.1/4 and 6.5 million viewers.
CBS was third in ratings with a 1.4/5 and in viewers with 7.6 million. “Supergirl” at 8 had a 1.3/5 and 6.2 million viewers. At 9, “Scorpion” got a 1.6/5 and 8.5 million viewers. “NCIS: Los Angeles” put up a 1.3/4 and 8.1 million viewers.
Fox was fourth in ratings with a 1.1/4 and in viewers with 3.6 million. “Gotham” at 8 got a 1.2/4 and 3.7 million viewers. At 9, “Lucifer” had a 1.1/3 and 3.5 million viewers.
Univision was fifth in ratings with a 0.7/2 and in viewers with 2 million.
Telemundo was sixth in ratings with a 0.6/2 and seventh in viewers with 1.359 million.
The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.5/2 and sixth in viewers with 1.364 million. At 8, “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” managed a 0.4/1 and 1.3 million viewers. “Jane The Virgin” at 9 received a 0.5/2 and 1.4 million viewers.
