Looking for something to do during the long, cold Saturday nights that are coming up this winter? How about curling up with Margaret Cho for some sexy talk?
TLC has given a series order to a new late-night talk show, “All About Sex.” The show, which will premiere Jan. 10 and air at 11 p.m. Saturdays, will be driven by the “wild, insightful, and relatable opinions and ideas of four incredibly different and accomplished women” — comedian Cho, “Chelsea Lately” favorite Heather McDonald, “Hairspray” actress Marissa Jaret Winokur and Atlanta-based sex-and-relationship expert Dr. Tiffanie Davis Henry.
“All About Sex” will “take on the latest headlines, break down the ‘behind closed doors’ conversations about sex and love, and connect with women via social media to answer question and dispel misconceptions” about sex, the network said, with each episode featuring a rotating selection of segments about intimacy issues.
The series, which has received an order for six half-hour episodes, is produced by Relativity Television and Ellen Rakieten Entertainment for TLC.
As if that weren’t enough carnality for one night, “All About Sex” will air following episodes of the network’s ongoing series “Sex Sent Me to the ER.”
