Josh Gad puts a presidential spin on Divinyls’ “I Touch Myself” in a new preview of this week’s episode of “Lip Sync Battle.”
Dressed as GOP candidate Donald Trump, the star of “The Comedians” goes all-out in his performance of the ’90s self-love anthem, complete with a bad hair piece, shorts made out of money and a Miley Cyrus-style wrecking ball.
If that weren’t enough, at the end of the performance, he brings out opponent Kaley Cuoco‘s “Big Bang Theory” co-star Johnny Galecki for a passionate kiss.
Spike recently renewed “Lip Sync Battle” for a third season after the show’s Jan. 7 season premiere became the most-watched original series episode in network history.
The show, co-hosted by LL Cool J and Chrissy Teigen, is produced by John Krasinski, Stephen Merchant, Casey Patterson, Jay Peterson and Rick Schwartz. Beth McCarthy-Miller of “Saturday Night Live” serves as director.
The episode airs Thursday at 10/9c on Spike.
