Josh Duggar Sued by Porn Star Over Alleged Rough Sex Injuries

Danica Dillon says she “felt as if she were being raped by” disgraced former reality TV star

Josh Duggar has another problem on his plate, in the form of a lawsuit filed against the disgraced former “19 Kids and Counting” star by porn actress Danica Dillon.

Dillon is suing Duggar — who entered rehab in August after it was revealed that he had subscribed to the cheating website Ashley Madison and been unfaithful to his wife — for alleged injuries sustained during a sex session between the two.

According to the suit filed in a Pennsylvania court, Duggar showed up for a performance by Dillon at the Gold Club strip club in Philadelphia, and shelled out about $600 for a number of lap dances from her.

Afterward, the suit claims, Duggar propositioned Dillon for sex, paying her $1,500.

That’s when things moved from consensual carnal transaction to horrifying ordeal, according to the lawsuit, which claims Duggar “manhandled” Dillon  and “assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries.

“Indeed, Plaintiff felt as if she were being raped by the Defendant,” Dillon’s lawsuit reads. “This was not part of any agreement and clearly exceeded the scope of any consent by the Plaintiff.”

Dillon goes on to claim that Duggar later apologized, but then tricked her into another private meeting during which he engaged in “identical tortious conduct.”

Dillon claims that she suffered “serious emotional and physical damages,” and is “currently being treated by a psychiatrist for severe anxiety, similar to post-traumatic stress disorder.”

The suit seeks “damages in excess of $500,000.”

Duggar’s fall from grace began earlier this year, when news broke that he had inappropriately touched numerous underage girls, two of his sisters among them, when he was a teenager. That revelation prompted his resignation from FRC Action, the legislative affiliate of the Family Research Council, where he served as executive director. TLC later canceled “19 Kids and Counting.”
