Jimmy Kimmel Reads ‘Mean Tweets’ From Angry Trump Supporters (Video)

Comedian gets accused of being a “snowflake”

Jimmy Kimmel gave his audience a special rendition of his “Mean Tweets” segment on Wednesday night, reading comments from angry Donald Trump supporters from Twitter and Facebook.

The night before, Kimmel used his show to call out Trump supporters for picking “the wrong guy.”

“I really think I made a breakthrough,” Kimmel said of his Tuesday show. “And I base that on all the thoughtful responses I got on Twitter and Facebook from people like Thomas, who wrote, ‘Why don’t you go somewhere else like a different country if you don’t like our president and stop you’re crying on tv snowflake.’”

Another said Kimmel was a “whiny baby,” asking if he needed his baby bottle.

One said, “If Jimmy Kimmel heard a firecracker as he was walking by himself anywhere, he would wear his pants like the little coward he is,” with which Kimmel agreed. “He’s right, I would wear my pants,” the host said. “Whenever I go out I wear them, unless I’m in the pool, then I wear shorts — or at the beach.”

On Tuesday night, Kimmel spoke directly to Trump supporters, saying he knew they didn’t want to admit they were wrong, but it was time to own up. “It’s the last thing you want to do. But the truth is — and deep down inside you know you made a mistake, you know this is true — you made a mistake. You picked the wrong guy.”
