‘SNL’ Host Jim Carrey Mocks Matthew McConaughey’s Lincoln Commercials During Halloween Episode (Video)

The living comedy legend returns to NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” for his third stint hosting

Things got off to a musical start with Jim Carrey hosting the Halloween episode of NBC’s “Saturday Night Live.” The funny man hit the stage of Studio 8H for his monologue dressed as “Helvis,” a devilish version of Elvis Presley, complete with horns and a red jumpsuit. Carrey then crooned about his love of pecan pie, backed up by “SNL” cast members and a full gospel choir.

The real laughs arrived during three pre-taped sketches of Carrey impersonating Matthew McConaughey and the actor’s now infamous Lincoln car commercials.
