Harvey Weinstein is now under a second investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department, this time for a lewd conduct accusation.
The LAPD told TheWrap an accuser, whose name was not released, said the incident occurred in 2015. Officers declined to elaborate.
Weinstein was previously under LAPD investigation involving a 2013 “potential sexual assault victim.”
Also on Friday, New York Police Chief Robert K. Boyce said the NYPD had “an actual case” against Weinstein involving rape.
More than 90 accusers have come forward against Weinstein accusing him of misconduct including sexual harassment, assault or rape. Weinstein has denied any non-consensual sex occurred.
