Fox’s Batman prequel “Gotham” grappled with a 25 percent demo drop in its return from hiatus on Monday night, falling to a 1.5 key demo rating and 4.4 million total viewers.
As is standard this time of year on Mondays, NBC topped the advertiser-sought 18-49 demographic thanks to “The Voice,” while ABC pulled in the most total viewers due to its older-skewing “Dancing With the Stars.”
In additional news worth breaking out, CW’s “Jane the Virgin” recovered by 50 percent from a terrible low last week. That said, last Monday was the evening of the NCAA Tournament Final on CBS, which also explains why Fox’s “The Following” rebounded this week.
