Fox’s TV studio and broadcast network just performed an executive shuffle. Terence Carter (pictured above, left), Fox broadcast’s current drama chief, is heading over to the studio side to lead development. He backfills Michael Thorn’s vacated role there, and will report to Jonnie Davis.

Charlie Andrews (above, right) will replace Carter at the network side, where he’ll be responsible for all drama and event programming. Andrews will report directly to Thorn, who was shifted to network president when David Madden left for AMC.

Both Carter and Andrews have executive vice president titles in their new roles.
