The CW brought back “The Flash” and “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” last night to mixed results.
First up, the “Flash” premiere dropped Fox’s “Lethal Weapon” in the key 18-49 demographic and finished flat with last season’s finale. “Legends of Tomorrow” was actually up a bit from its own prior season finale, but it fell to Fox’s “The Mick” and “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” combo in the 9 p.m. hour.
Of course, the night wasn’t just about CW versus Fox for fourth place — they tied, by the way, along with Telemundo — up higher, NBC topped primetime in the main demo. CBS claimed the most eyeballs.
