Donald Trump threatened to pull out of CNN’s town hall event Tuesday night citing the network’s “one-sided and unfair reporting.”
Trump, Ted Cruz and John Kasich are scheduled to appear at a town hall moderated by CNN’s Anderson Cooper in Milwaukee on Tuesday evening.
But the Republican frontrunner tweeted Tuesday that his his opponents were getting more airtime on the network.
“Wow, @CNN has nothing but my opponents on their shows,” he tweeted. “Really one-sided and unfair reporting. Maybe I shouldn’t do their town-hall tonight!”
Trump’s campaign did not immediately respond to the TheWrap’s request for comment. A representative for CNN told TheWrap in a statement that “all three are confirmed and scheduled to appear tonight.”

On Tuesday, Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski was arrested for battery in connection with an incident involving a reporter earlier this month.
According to the Associated Press, Police in Jupiter, Florida, issued a notice Tuesday for Lewandowski to appear before a judge on May 4 for the misdemeanor charge.
According to a surveillance video, Lewandowski is seen grabbing a Breitbart News reporter when she tried to ask Trump a question during a March 8 campaign event.
