Donald Trump’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star was destroyed by a man with a sledgehammer on Wednesday, and the incident has become the talk of Twitter.
The 2016 presidential election was already polarizing enough, but this incident will no doubt deepen the divid between the GOP candidate’s supporters and those rooting for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
Comments pouring in on the social media platform suggests people both for and against Trump disapprove of the vandalism the LAPD is currently investigating, while others are celebrating the destruction of the Hollywood Blvd. star recognizing the former host of “The Apprentice.”
