11. Blue Beetle

Warners is apparently developing a feature film centering on the popular DC Comics duo of Booster Gold and the Blue Beetle, and reports indicate that the movie will feature the Jaime Reyes version of the character.

Reyes became the bearer of the Blue Beetle legacy during the DC Comics event “Infinite Crisis” a decade ago, and later starred in his own title. Reyes possesses a suit of armor and extraordinary powers that both derive from an artifact known as The Scarab.

10. Metallo

One of Superman’s main adversaries in the comics for some time, Metallo would be a great addition to the DC cinematic universe.
