CNN was targeted with another suspicious package addressed to its Atlanta headquarters that was intercepted on Monday, network boss Jeff Zucker announced.

Zucker said the package had been “intercepted” and that there was “no imminent danger” to the building.

“This morning, another suspicious package addressed to CNN was intercepted at an Atlanta post office. There is no imminent danger to the CNN Center,” said Zucker.

“All mail, at all CNN domestic bureaus, is being screened at off-site facilities as of last Wednesday, so this package would NOT have come directly to the CNN Center, even if it hasn’t been intercepted first. Out screening process is working and we will keep you updated as we learn more,” he continued.

The note from Zucker comes just days after the network’s New York bureau had to be completely evacuated after receiving what turned out to be a mail bomb. It was one of more than a dozen sent around mostly to prominent Trump critics throughout the country last week. Among those targeted were former president Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Robert De Niro and billionaire Democratic funder George Soros.

On Friday, federal authorities arrested Cesar Altieri Sayoc Jr. in Florida and officially named him as the suspect in the various attempted bombings. Sayoc — a die-hard Trump fan — became politicized during the 2016 election. At the time of his arrest, his van was plastered with Trump internet iconography, including a sticker which said “CNN sucks.” President Trump routinely derides CNN as “fake news.”

In another memo last week, Zucker laid the blame squarely at Trump’s feet saying White House rhetoric, played a role in his company being targeted.

“There is a total and complete lack of understand at the White House about the seriousness of their continued attacks on the media,” he said. “The President, and especially the White House Press Secretary, should understand their words matter. Thus far, they have shown no comprehension of that.”
