Ratings: Steady ‘Bachelorette’ Hands ABC Another Monday Win
“Grand Hotel” can’t match last week’s modest numbers

Despite lead-out drama “Grand Hotel” declining week over week, ABC comfortably topped the night. Led by “American Ninja Warrior,” NBC finished runner-up.
ABC was first in ratings with a 1.2 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 5 million, according to preliminary numbers. “The Bachelorette” from 8 to 10 p.m. averaged a 1.5/8 and 6 million viewers. “Grand Hotel” at 10 settled for a 0.5/3 and 2.9 million viewers.
NBC was second in ratings with a 0.8/4 and in viewers with 4.2 million. “American Ninja Warrior” from 8-10 received a 0.9/4 and 4.5 million viewers. At 10, “Dateline NBC” got a 0.7/4 and 3.8 million viewers.
Fox and Telemundo tied for third in ratings, both with a 0.5. Fox had a 3 share, Telemundo had a 2. Fox was fourth in total viewers with 2.2 million, Telemundo was fifth with 1.3 million.
For Fox, “Beat Shazam” at 8 had a 0.6/3 and 2.3 million viewers. At 9, “So You Think You Can Dance” got a 0.5/2 and 2.2 million viewers.
CBS and Univision tied for fifth in ratings, both with a 0.4/2. CBS was third in total viewers with 3.7 million, Univision was sixth with 1.2 million.
For CBS, between reruns, “The Code” at 9 received a 0.4/2 and 3.8 million viewers.
The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.2/1 and in viewers with 1.1 million. “Penn & Teller: Fool Us” at 8 had a 0.2/1 and 1.2 million viewers. At 9, “Whose Line Is It Anyway” got a 0.2/1 and 945,000 viewers. A repeat followed.
